The band is looking for applications for all instruments in the band. DESCRIPTIONWe are a friendly, ambitious group, who have enjoyed a fabulous reputation for being one of the finest symphonic wind bands in the area. We rehearse every Wednesday evening, 7.30pm-9.30pm and have recently moved to a new rehearsal room at the Nottinghamshire Police Headquarters, Sherwood Lodge, Arnold, NG5 8PP, which is located about 5 miles south of Mansfield, & 3 miles north of Nottingham (Arnold). When travelling north on the Mansfield Road, turn right in to Burnt Stump Hill, and then right again for the Park Hospital and the Police Headquarters. HQ is past the Park Hospital. Regular concerts are performed at a variety of different venues, mainly for different charities in Nottinghamshire, including leading the prestigious Joint Emergency Services Carol service at Southwell Minster each year.
