| One of the most famous pieces of music ever written. There are many concert band arrangements of the Canon in D, but none of them have ever satisfied me for one reason or another. It is a piece of moderate difficulty and is presented in 3 equal parts with bass. It can be most effective as a clarinet section feature. This arrangement is also available in settings for brass quartet (2 cornets, horn and euphonium), brass band and low brass. |
